W ROL

The WROL line clamps represent an evolution of the R2 New Standard tool fixing system. They are crosspieces that are presented in a single piece characterized by a new aesthetic and mechanical concept. Each WROL is managed with an ad hoc heat treatment to give the right hardness to the surfaces in contact with the tools. Depending on the forces required, you can choose between the Power, Supreme or Extreme versions. There are several possible lengths, from 1100 mm (3.608 ") to 6100 mm (20.131") for any type of press brake.
It is also possible to transform a press brake with R1 attachment into R2 New Standard with the possibility of recovering "light" on the press brake thanks to only 80 mm (3.15 ") of working height.
In this configuration, the AWP (fixed) and AWPC (with wedges) solution is available to adjust the camber.

To optimize the aesthetics and functionality of the WROL, the system has reduced dimensions to a minimum and a high quality of design, thanks to the insertion of LED bars to indicate the correct positioning of the tool or more simply to have a signal of on / off system.
